With 10 years experience, he’s worked as a usability and customer experience expert for a number of employers including BBC New Media, Wheel (LBi), and National Air Traffic Services. He is customer experience director at Experience Solution.

Luke van de Paverd is a successful a freelancer from Victoria, Australia. He started freelancing in 2007, went full time in late 2008, and runs the 6 Figure Freelance blog and the Freelance Total web app.

Mark Perkins is a full time tea-drinker and general web geek from Brighton, UK who has recently started freelancing under the company name of Medium.

Jan Cavan is a web/graphic designer, illustrator, blogger, geek, the girl behind Dawghouse Design Studio… and a breakdancer wannabe. We’ve interviewed Jan about working as a freelance designer and running a blog.

Strawberrysoup are a creative web design agency with offices in Chichester, Bournemouth and London. They work with a wide range of clients including SMEs, blue chips and local government departments. We were lucky enough to interview one of their owners, Neil Dennis.

Stuart Mackenzie is a part-time photographer and web geek living in Weymouth, Dorset. He’s had a long term passion for good design and is a self-confessed social networking junkie. In between shooting photographs, holding down a day job, blogging and designing the odd website he also tries to not neglect his Wife and Daughter.

John O’Nolan is a happy-go-lucky web designer and entrepreneur from West Sussex in the United Kingdom. He specialises in user interface design, CSS, and Wordpress development. Clive Walker is a freelance web designer/developer based in Horsham, Sussex, UK. He lives online at CVW Web Design and writes a blog with the same name. At weekends, you can find him trying not to fall off his mountain bike.
